Good food, quick and friendly service. A cozy ambience, whether to rest on a hike or as an excursion destination.

Unkempt outdoor areas. Unkempt toilet. Towel roll holder didn't work properly either. Coffee (fully automatic) was the last broth. Sat outside in the blazing sun. No parasol available. Old wooden tables and chairs. Never again.

Really nice beer garden with honest, delicious brewery cuisine. Enough shade and a playground right next to it.

I would have remembered much better

Hygiene was ok.

Exemplary compliance with the corona hygiene regulations, good service and a shady spot. Food looked delicious, but we didn't try it that day due to the heat. Despite the close proximity to the tracks, you hardly notice the rail traffic.

Even during the "Corona" circumstances a cozy place. A great resting place at the lovely old train station. Good outdoor catering for hikers and cyclists.

It's a worthwhile goal. A bike tour is a great way to stop for a break and get delicious food and drinks.

For me today the first and the last time! Queue to the parking space and everyone waits until you are picked up and accompanied to the table. Two racing cyclists push their way through and climb over the barrier and take the chairs stowed under the table and brazenly sit down on the locked area in front of the restaurant. When I pointed this out to the staff, they just shrugged their shoulders and said actually is here and went to the cyclists. I thought she would send them away now with the request to wait like the other guests but the waitress took the order and brought the drinks to the two within 5 minutes. The staff cannot keep up with the guests standing up by disinfecting the seats. In the meantime 5 places were empty and nobody cares that the people who wait a long time can finally take a seat. Waiting time up to 47 minutes although there are free places !!! When I was escorted to the place another 26 minutes passed until an order was placed after several inquiries !!! Food came very quickly and was so-so, especially since half was missing. During this time, 7 families left the queue because the staff somehow ignored that waiting guests were quickly taken care of and conditioned. The organizations and the very young staff should be worked on urgently !!

A nice place in the Kottenforst for a break on a long walk or a bike ride. Service is quick and friendly. There can be a little more in food. The portion size is good, optically and taste ok. Considering the price-performance ratio, that's all within the expected range. We would love to come back.

Beautifully located excursion destination. At the food especially the schnitzel were not that great, the currywurst with fries all the better!

Don't know much about food because I stopped by just for a beer but Biergarten looks great and unexpected considering the area.

Reduced menu for lunch in the beer garden. Fried liver was excellent. Approx. 60% fewer wasps than in the next best beer garden. Parking spaces available directly at the establishment. Ingenious forest scenery invites you to take beautiful walks.

Overwhelmed and listless auxiliary staff on a sunny Sunday afternoon in October. Carelessly served cappuccino and plum cake with marginal taste. Table neighbors gave up after 2 hours of waiting for food and another estimated waiting time of 45 minutes and left.
